We will be closed from mid-March 2026 and look forward to welcoming you back in December 2026.
General booking conditions
Deposit
The reservation will become binding for us, after our availability confirmation and only after the receipt of a deposit payment of 30% of the full amount via bank transfer.
Payment
The remaining amount can be paid during the stay. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards or bank transfer. In case of payment by bank transfer, the payment should reach us at least one day before departure.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation or no-show, the down payment will not be refunded. In case of early departure or delayed arrival, full payment of the entire stay is due.
Travel insurance
Would you like to take out travel cancellation insurance? We recommend the HGV cancellation insurance.
Check-in/out
Arrival from 2.30 pm to 8.00 pm
Departure latest within 9.30 am
Local tax
For every person over 14 years, a local tax of € 3.00 per person/night is to be paid. This fee is not included in the total amount of your stay.
Pets
Unfortunately, we do not accept pets in our facility. We hope for your kind understanding.
